Dear Diary , Ugh, today was a horrible d ay. Mother found lice in Bruno and I’s hair, LICE! It’s probably from those filthy Jews next door, their messy uniforms, their dirty faces, ugh, I just can’t stand to look at them, let’s just say I’m glad I don’t have Bruno’s bedroom. But my day wasn’t a total bust, before Mother found disgusting lice in my hair Lieutenant Kotler came to visit, and I caught a snippet of his time, and got to have a little chat with him before he had to leave. He is so handsome, that is one upside of this place, and one reason I’m jealous of Bruno and his perfect view of Lieutenant Kotler. Just him in his uniform , and him holding that uniform hat, under his strong arms, I hope I never have to leave this place.
